This is a small jewelry armoire which will fit comfortably on top of a dresser. it's mostly made of Swiss Pear, but the featured wood is Thuya Burl.

Despite its diminutive stature, it holds quite a bit of jewelry. Four of the drawers have interior partitioning, two have trays that can be lifted out to reveal more storage space. it also has ring rolls. The fifth drawer can hold large bracelets, etc.

Neckalces, bracelets, pins and earrings can be stored in the pullout. For those interested, the slide used is Sagatsune SCR3-15S-80A which is the smallest side-hung slide in the world.

Thuya trees only grow in the Atlas mountains in northern Africa. The burls are part of the root system. Some people think thuya burl is the most beautiful wood in the world. It also has a most unusual fragrance, so much so that is commonly used in perfumes. Roman culture used the burl as incense in religious ceremonies. It's very much a rare and exotic wood.'
